Cues for murder - excitement - suspense!"; "A little knowledge can be a dangerous thing!"; "Based on a story by Charles Bennett and D.B. Wyndham Lewis"; "Screenplay by John Michael Hayes") starring James Stewart (Jimmy Stewart), Doris Day, Brenda De Banzie, Bernard Miles, Ralph Truman, Daniel Gelin, Reggie Nalder, Richard Wattis, Alexis Bobrinskoy, and Christopher Olsen. Note that this is a re-make of Hitchcock's 1934 English film of the same name, but with quite a few differences and it includes Doris Day singing "Que Sera, Sera", which became a huge hit! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster has been personally autographed (signed) by Doris Day! Our consignor first met Doris Day in 1976 and became friends with her and over the next years he sent items from his collection to be signed and returned to him. His collection of Doris Day items contains over 10,000 items! He does not have a certificate of authenticity but we are certain the signature is authentic! Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased (although we prefer they do any "authenticating" while the auction is "live" and before they place a bid) and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction. On non-signed items, we give a "lifetime guarantee" on everything we auction, but on signed items, we give the above modified guarantee of 30 days after the auction closes. Condition: good to very good. The poster has creases around the edges (especially at upper left where there is a large but light diagonal crease). There are a few small tears around the edges and there is a tape stain at top. There are a few faint smudges. It is otherwise in generally nice condition. Learn More about condition grades
