It's Love I'm After, the 1937 Archie Mayo stage acting romantic love triangle comedy ("...The season's outstanding laugh treat... sparkling with gay romance!"; "Original Story by Maurice Hanline"; a wacky story of a famous stage acting couple, who have almost married eleven times, and the man plays dashing roles on stage, which results in women falling in love with the characters he portrays, and he needs to brush off an infatuated would-be lover, but everything works out in the end!) starring Leslie Howard, Bette Davis, Olivia de Havilland, Patric Knowles, Eric Blore, and George Barbier

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds. It had a 3" semi-circular tear starting above the middle fold and going around to the right between the "E" and "H" of "HOWARD". There was some tiny paper loss between the middle and bottom crossfolds, and some fine surface paper loss between the top and middle crossfolds, with a much lesser amount of wear on the other folds. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects. Any restorer could easily touch up the above defects without re-backing the poster, and afterwards, the poster will display really well, and will grade as being "very good".
