Henry, Than Wyenn, James Seay, Patricia Dean (not credited, but she is pictured prominently on many of the posters for this movie!), and Frank Wilcox
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that this insert contains a great tagline about using the "A bomb", that I do not believe is found on any other poster from this movie!

What IS linenbacking? Learn More

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster was never folded. It had some smudges, scuffs, and creases around the edges. It had a 6" tear in the bottom border going through the title and to the bottom of the inset image. It had some scuffs in the top of the title area. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well! Note that either the restorer who mounted the poster did not leave any excess linen around the edges of the poster, or possibly the owner of the poster chose to carefully trim off the excess, so that the poster would fit in a frame.
