Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had small paper loss at the top crossfold and some tiny bits of paper loss on parts of the folds. It had pinholes around the edges, with some smudges and stains in the borders and white background areas. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects. Plus, the poster has acquired some faint staining around the edges of the excess linen that also seems to be slightly in the edges of the poster as well.
