An Original Vintage 5" x 7" [13 x 18 cm] Fan Photo (Learn More) Vincent Lopez was a musician, pianist, and bandleader from the 1920s to the 1950s. He led the popular ragtime band Vincent Lopez and His Orchestra, and he appeared in several movies, including: The Home Girl, Those Blues, and Queens of the Air. He passed away in 1975 at the age of 79. Important Added Info: Note that this item has been personally autographed (signed) by Vincent Lopez! Our consignor is a longtime collector who purchased this signed item from a reputable dealer, but he does not have a "certificate of authenticity". Note that these photos were sent to fans who wrote to their favorite stars from the 1910s to the early 1930s (some are created with a facsimile autograph of the star and all are printed on a quality paper stock). Studios stopped sending these great photos at some point in the very early 1930s, likely because of the Great Depression and their need to cut back on expenses! Condition: good to very good.
