An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4") (Learn More) Seven Sinners, the 1940 Tay Garnett South Seas U.S. Navy romantic love triangle gambling adventure comedy (based on an original story by Ladislas Fodor and Laslo Vadnai; about a cabaret singer who is kicked off of one South Pacific island, and arrives at another one with a U.S. Navy base, and she attracts the love of a Navy Lieutenant and a local mobster) starring Marlene Dietrich, John Wayne, Albert Dekker, Broderick Crawford, Mischa Auer, Billy Gilbert, Anna Lee, Samuel S. Hinds, Oscar Homolka, Reginald Denny, Vince Barnett, and Richard Carle NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline). Condition: very good to fine. The glass slide itself is in nice condition and the cardboard holder has some minor smudges (as can be seen in our super-sized images).
