An Unfolded Travel Poster (measures 25" x 40" [64 x 102 cm]) (Learn More)

United: New York, the 1970s airplane airline aviation silkscreen travel poster ("fly the friendly skies of United."; "Nonstop from San Jose") used to encourage people to use United Airlines to visit New York City and featuring art of a showgirl with an elaborate headdress. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.

Condition: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It has odd printing errors in the blues used in the title at top (they are somewhat "uneven" and there are similar colored ink stain on back at upper left and in some small areas.) The rest of the poster is in pretty nice condition and it does display well as is, but bear in mind its defects noted above before placing a bid.
