An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Style B One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More)

Zane Grey's Under the Tonto Rim, the 1928 Herman Craymaker silent cowboy western ("A sleepy little town... "GOLD"... overnight a flood of gamblers, outlaws, girls. This is the background of a story as only Zane Grey can tell it."; "From a novel by Zane Grey") starring Richard Arlen, Mary Brian, Jack Luden, Harry T. Morey, and Billy Franey. Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. Also note that this movie was remade in 1933 and in 1947.

Condition: very good. The poster had creases, tears, and tiny areas of paper loss in the center of the top foldline, and some tiny surface paper loss in the white part of some of the letters at top center. There was minor wear on the other foldlines. There were some creases, tears, and areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster in the blank borders. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well.
