An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Anthony Franciosa (also billed as "Tony Franciosa") was an actor from the 1950s to the 1990s. Some of his movies include: A Face in the Crowd, A Hatful Of Rain (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), The Long, Hot Summer, and Across 110th Street. He had much success on TV, in "Valentine's Day", "The Name of the Game", and "Matt Helm". He passed away in 2006 at the age of 77. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Anthony Franciosa! Note that our consignor purchased a collection of autographed stills that were collected by Leonard Sorgi, who was a unit manager for ABC for shows like The Soupy Sales Show, The Jerry Mahony Show, and many others. He was also Unit Manager for the Academy Awards for a number of years, and during his long and varied career, he met many celebrities and obtained autographs from them in person (often personalized to him). Our consignor (and we) feel certain that the autograph on this still is authentic! As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction.
