An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More) The Adventures of Texas Jack, the 1934 Victor Adamson cowboy western ("The Battle of Lone Star") starring Hal Taliaferro (billed as "Wally Wales"; in the title role as Texas Jack), Victor Adamson (billed as Al Mix), Jay Wilsey (billed as Buffalo Bill Jr.), Victoria Vinton, and Dorothy Lee. Note that this movie was originally to be a serial entitled "The Adventures of Texas Jack", but it is unclear as to exactly what happened. It seems Hal Taliaferro held the leading role, but he is not credited on the item offered here. Material we have seen from this movie states "Featuring Bill Mack and Dorothy Lee", but we can't find any reference online of these two stars being in this movie. Perhaps given that the director "stole" much of the footage in this film from previous films, the main stars didn't want their names associated with the movie, so they were billed as "Bill Mack" and "Dorothy Lee". There are two diagonal creases in the top left corner and a crease and a tiny tear near the center of the top border. There is a pinhole in the center of the top border and two near the bottom center of the card. Other than the above minor defects, the card is in excellent condition!
