Note that the insert for this movie bills the source novel as being written by "Countess Orczy", but actually she was "Baroness", and that appears to only be incorrect on the insert! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that posters from this movie are incredibly rare. We have only previously auctioned an insert, and NO other posters of any kind from this movie until we received this half-sheet! Also note that while this poster could conceivably be rolled, it is very old, and it would not make sense to roll it, as rolling it would have a good chance of damaging it. Therefore we will send it in a very large flat package, unless the new owner insists on us rolling it and will accept responsibility for the chance of damage. Please bear that extra shipping cost in mind BEFORE placing a bid on this poster! The poster is not fragile, but we strongly advise against trying to roll it, because it would be such a shame to damage it when the image area has survived so long in pretty nice condition. Condition: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It has paper loss in the left of the top blank border, and tiny paper loss in two other blank corners. It had a 1/2" tear in the lower left border that was repaired with tape from the back, and some tears in the upper right blank border, and two tears in the right of the top blank border that all have tape on the back. It had a few scuffs in the solid colored area to the left and right of Banky, and someone performed slight touch up to those areas only. The poster will display really well as it is, or one might choose to have restoration performed. Learn More about condition grades
