Important Added Info: Note that this is a very unusual set! Three of the cards (#1, #2, and #6) are printed on an entirely different quality of paper than the other 5 cards. Yet in every other respect all of the cards are identical. The three cards in question are all printed on a glossy paper that is glossy front and back, and is whiter than the other five cards (which have darkened over time). But I do NOT think there is any chance those three are reproductions! The eight cards came from one source, and all of them have similar creases, minor stains, pinholes, and staple holes, indicating they were used together at a single theater. My best guess is that there was an extra demand for these lobby cards (usually reissues do not play in many theaters, so they might not have printed very many), and maybe so many theaters wanted to re-show Psycho that they had to print up a second batch of cards (or maybe the cards were printed simultaneously at two separate locations. I've seen this with one-sheets of films from the 1960s and early 1970s (where there is both a glossy version and a "flat version" from a single theater, but I have never before seen it with lobby cards! But please do not bid on this card if this oddity would bother you! Condition: very good. creases, smudges, stains, and pinholes around the edges of the cards, and to a lesser extent, within the image, but truly none of them are all that major or distracting. Card #1 (the close-up of Leigh and Gavin) was folded down the middle at one time and card #3 (the "house card") had water stains across the bottom center of the back of the card that are slightly visible from the front.
