An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Easy To Get, the 1931 Howard Bretherton comedy short ("A Gay Girls comedy"; part of the Gay Girls comedy series) starring June MacCloy, Marion Shilling, Gertrude Short, Jerry Mandy, and Isabel Withers. Note that the word "gay" had a totally different meaning in 1931, but since it has changed, " a Gay Girls comedy" would now have a totally different meaning. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster is extremely rare. It is the only poster of any kind that we have ever auctioned from this movie! Given that this was a comedy short, it is likely that next to no theaters ordered posters for it (and the studio likely only made a one sheet and a set of four lobby cards) Condition: good to very good. The poster had an uneven 5" tear in the center of the poster and someone put tape on the back of that area. It also had a 3" vertical tear in the left of the middle fold and many small creases in portions of the horizontal folds. It has small separation at the top and bottom crossfolds and a few small tears in the borders with a tack hole in each corner. After a relatively simple linenbacking the poster will look fantastic!
