An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Three-Sheet Movie Poster (3sh; measures 41" x 81" [104 x 206 cm]) (Learn More)

Charles Starrett, the 1945 Columbia stock poster that Columbia printed for theaters to use when they showed a Charles Starrett western. The theater owners would either hand-write the titles of the specific movie they were showing, or the movie information for a specific movie would be overprinted in the blank area. We have only seen this stock poster in the six-sheet size. Note that there was also later 1950s stock posters, but because they are from seven years later, we list them separately.

Important Added Info: Note that in the case of this particular stock poster, the bottom section was overprinted with the title and credits for The Old Wyoming Trail, the 1937 Folmar Blangsted cowboy western starring Charles Starrett, Donald Grayson, Barbara Weeks, and Roy Rogers in a bit part as part of the Sons of the Pioneers. Also note that this three-sheet was printed in 2 sections designed to overlap.

Condition: good to very good. There is some darkening on the back of the part of the poster that was on the outside when it was fully folded. There are some creases and several tears along the foldlines that were on the outside when the poster was fully folded. There are some creases, smudges, and tiny tears on some foldlines, and some tiny paper loss at some crossfolds.
