NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that this program book has a great provenance. It was the property of casting director Martin Paige. He apparently did not attend the show, because there is an unperforated ticket to the show that comes together with the program book (see our images of both). Note that we have pictured the front cover and an interior 2-page spread from this program. You can use these images to determine the exact condition of it from our super-sized image, but realize that there are some other pages you are not seeing.

Condition: good to very good. There is darkening and slight staining around the edges of the covers. The interior pages are in pretty nice condition. The ticket is unperforated and has a crease in the top right corner.
