A 1944 Re-Release Theatrical Autographed Movie Title Lobby Card (LC TC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Tumbling Tumbleweeds, the 1935 Joseph Kane singing cowboy western musical (from the story by Alan Ludwig) starring Gene Autry, Smiley Burnette, Lucile Browne, George 'Gabby' Hayes, Norma Taylor, and Eugene Jackson (as "Eightball"; he was the brother of Farina, from the Our Gang movies, and he was also in some, billed as "Pineapple") NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this lobby card has been personally autographed (signed) by Gene Autry (it is a vintage lobby card that was signed at a later date)! Our consignor was in the movie business and acquired this from Mr. Autry in person at his Los Angeles TV station in 1980. He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we are certain the signature is authentic. Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased (although we prefer they do any "authenticating" while the auction is "live" and before they place a bid) and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction. On non-signed items, we give a "lifetime guarantee" on everything we auction, but on signed items, we give the above modified guarantee of 30 days after the auction closes. Condition: fair to good.
