An Original Vintage Unfolded Japanese "B1" Festival Poster (29x41; measures 28 1/2" x 40 1/2" [72 x 103 cm]) (Learn More) Osaka International Festival, the 1958 Japanese poster ("Music, drama & art") promoting a music and theater festival which was held from April 10th to May 10th in Nakanoshima, Osaka, Japan. Note that this was the first year the festival was held and this poster features striking artwork of an elaborately costumed Kabuki performer! If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is a rare Japanese "B1" poster that measures 28 1/2" x 40 1/2" [72 x 103 cm]! "B1" posters are FAR more rare than "B2" posters (which measure approximately 20" x 28 1/2"), and because they are larger (similar in size to a U.S. one-sheet), they are more impressive when displayed on a wall! Condition: good to very good. There are some creases and tears of varying lengths (approximately 1" or less) around the edges. The poster has some light creases scattered throughout from being tightly rolled at one time. There are a few faint smudges in just a few areas.
