An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Scheming Schemers, the 1956 Jules White slapstick comedy short ("A floodtide of fabulous fun"; "Shemp Larry Moe turn plumbers in Scheming Schemers"; "A Columbia Short-Subject Presentation"; in this entry, the Stooges are plumbers who are called to a party at a fancy mansion, and they mess up the plumbing, but catch some thieves disguised as guests) starring The Three Stooges (Shemp Howard, Larry Fine, and Moe Howard), Christine McIntyre, Emil Sitka, Kenneth MacDonald, and Dudley Dickerson. Note that this movie was a remake of the 1949 short "Vagabond Loafers", and it reused footage from that short. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had small paper loss at the top two crossfolds and tiny paper loss at the bottom crossfold, with a few tiny bits of paper loss in the vertical fold between the top and bottom crossfolds, and minor wear on the folds. It had a few pinholes around the edges. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well! Learn More about condition grades
