And an adventure that became legend."; about a man wrongly accused of murder while on shore leave) starring Beau Bridges (in the title role as Adam), Jane Merrow, James Booth, Andrew Keir, Tracy Reed, and John Mills ("as Sir Philip MacDonald"). Note that English director Philip Leacock did photography during World War II, and then directed his first real movie in 1951, and he worked steadily until 1963, directing 17 movies and a number of TV shows. At that point, he switched to TV exclusively, except that he made this one movie in 1970, and then no others, remaining in TV until 1987 when he retired, and he passed away three years later.
