Morse family relationship romantic murder mystery crime thriller ("Who is the mystery woman of the Waterfront"; "From a play by Kenyon Nicholson"; similar to the James Cagney movies Warner Bros. was making at this time; Morgan is a dockworker whose brother is murdered, and he tries to solve the crime, with the help of a priest and his brother's widow, with whom he becomes romantically involved) starring Gloria Dickson, Dennis Morgan, Marie Wilson, Sheila Bromley, and Ward Bond
