Cognac Jacquet, the 1900s French liquor advertising poster promoting Jacquet brand cognac and featuring Camille Bouchet artwork of a peacock resting one foot on a bottle of cognac. This poster proved to be so popular, that Jacquet replaced their existing white label (seen on this poster) with an image of a peacock.

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had uneven tears in the upper right, extending into the background to the right of the top of the bottle. Otherwise, it had very minor wear and was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well!
