This means it has more folds than those posters which were NOT folded an extra time, but it also means that it can be sent in a standard flat package, while those that were NOT folded an extra time must be sent in a larger flat package that measures approximately 15" x 23". We list the two types separately by how they are folded, so that you can more easily know which kind of shipping each type requires.
