If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is not the regular release U.S. one-sheet. Apparently, in the late 1930s and early 1940s, 20th Century-Fox started having greater distribution outside the U.S., and on their top titles, they printed separate "international style" one-sheets and three-sheets. They look similar to the regular release posters, but they have much less fine detail. Please do not bid on this poster thinking it is the domestic release one-sheet that has a different much finer detailed stone litho image. What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had small paper loss at the middle crossfold and tiny paper loss at the other two crossfolds. It had some tiny bits of paper loss on parts of the folds, with some darkening and slight staining in the edges of the borders. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was not that well backed, and it is slightly "lifted" from the linen in three areas in the top border (any restorer could properly re-glue those areas without re-backing the poster).
