Condition: very good. There is rippling in the left blank border from water staining but it isn't very distracting and There are a few very minor water stains in the top border. Other than these minor defects, the poster displays like a near mint poster!. Note that this poster has never been folded! Most half-sheet posters were folded twice (once horizontally and once vertically) right off of the printing press. It is very difficult to find an unfolded copy of most half-sheets, especially from before 1970!
