Little Miss Marker, the 1980 Walter Bernstein romantic comedy ("A wildly romantic comedy about a cookie, a bookie, and the kid they bet their hearts on."; "Based on a story by Damon Runyon"; a re-make of the classic 1934 version of this same story, featuring an extremely young Shirley Temple) starring Walter Matthau, Julie Andrews, Tony Curtis, Bob Newhart, Lee Grant, and Sara Stimson ("as 'The Kid'"; unfortunately for Sara Stimson, film goers knew Shirley Temple and unanimously decided that Sara Stimson was no Shirley Temple!)
