To supplement production, they received pianos from other suppliers, which included The Hamilton Organ Company, the Hamilton Piano Company, and the Ellington Piano Company. The company grew to become the largest US-based manufacturer of keyboard instruments and was known by the slogan, "America's Favorite Piano". Sadly, it ceased most domestic production in December 2008, moving its total production to China. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Also note that Ellington was a major contributor to the piano industry during the first quarter of the 20th Century, and built several lines of high quality pianos (including player pianos). It had creases, tears, and some small areas of paper loss scattered around the edges and some within the image. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking.
