Below is a fill-in-the-blank section which translates to "To the memory of ... He died for the Fatherland on ... " and the facsimile signature of Kaiser Wilhelm II. This poster was used after a German soldier died in battle, and it was filled out and sent to the wife or parents of the fallen soldier! Artist: Emil Doepler Condition: very good.
