American Airlines Mexico, the 1952 airplane airline aviation travel poster made by American Airlines to encourage travel to Mexico and featuring art of the silhouette of a traditional Mexican dancer with a beach resort in her dress. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Artist: Fred Ludekin

Condition: fair to good. The poster was once glued to a stiff poster board (perhaps for display by a travel agency) and a collector did a mediocre job of removing the poster from the board. There is some light rippling and discoloration throughout. There is also some tattering and small paper loss around the edges of the poster as well as some creasing and smudging throughout. The poster has not been restored in any way.
