An Unfolded Circa 1950s Czech Travel Poster (measures 23 1/2" x 33" [60 x 84 cm]) (Learn More)

Velke Karlovice, the 1946 Czechoslovakian travel poster (with a tagline that translates to "Skiers Paradise") encouraging people to visit Velke Karlovice in Czechoslovakia and featuring Ladislas Horak art of a skier on a slope.

Important Added Info: Note that there are many reprints of this poster and we are not 100% certain that this poster is from 1946, but it was surely printed no later than the 1950s. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Condition: good. The poster has unevenly darkened (see our image). After proper restoration the poster will display well, but bear in mind the poster's condition and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
