Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Men Are Not Gods, the 1936 (released in the U.S. in 1937) Walter Reisch English romantic love triangle melodrama ("It may only be another adventure for him - but come what may, I want his love, for I know that 'Men Are Not Gods'"; "It has got to be over between us - you belong to Barbara as long as she lives - Goodbye, Ann"; produced by Alexander Korda; an odd story of a secretary to a theater critic who persuades him to not write a negative review of an actor's performance in Shakespeare's Othello; she then meets the actor and the story of Othello plays out in real life with the secretary, the actor, and her boyfriend) starring Miriam Hopkins, Gertrude Lawrence, Sebastian Shaw, Rex Harrison (in his sixth movie!), and A.E. Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: very good. there is an extra vertical foldline 1" to the left of the regular one; there are creases along both of these folds; there is small separation and tiny paper loss at the top crossfold and tiny separation at the other two crossfolds; there is a 4" white line down the middle left of the image running from the woman's hair into the "M"; there are several small tears and tiny areas of paper loss in the lower half of the right border; there are pinholes in each corner; the one in the lower left corner was roughly removed and there is now a V-shaped tear going into the "A" of "WALTER"; The poster is in better condition than the above makes it sound! Its defects are mostly relatively minor and would vanish if it were linenbacked and the poster would look wonderful! Learn More about condition grades
