XVI Festival Internacional Del Nuevo Cine Latino Americano (literally translates to "XVI International Festival of New Latin American Cinema"), the 1994 Cuban film festival that was held from December 2nd to the 11th in Havana, Cuba. Note that this poster features art of a pixelized eye by Ernesto Ferrand.

Important Added Info: Note that silkscreen (also known as screen printing) is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a poster. Only one color is printed at a time, so several screens must be used to produce a multicolored design, and it is a laborious technique because it is traditionally all done by hand. Because of the rich thickness of the layer of color on the paper and the resulting depth and brilliance achieved through silkscreen printing, this technique was preferred by many artists throughout many cultures and periods.

Condition: good. The poster has slight discoloration scattered in some areas from exposure to moisture. Please see our super-sized image to get a good sense of the condition of this item prior to placing a bid.
