Condition: fine. This item is in REALLY nice condition (what many dealers would describe as "fine" or "near mint")! It has only the very most minor of defects! We only put this "fine" grade on 24 of the 586 folded three-sheets we are selling. We saved it for the very best ones, ones that clearly had never been used, and ones we thought would be acceptable to EVERY collector, no matter how condition conscious they are!
