The first printing (the poster offered here) has the original NSS number of 77-21-0, while the next three printings have the 77-21 NSS number. The first three printings all have "Style A" printed in the bottom border, while the fourth printing does not. In addition, there is both a "domestic" version of the very first printing, and an "international" version of the very first printing (the domestic version has the PG rating and the international has no rating). The poster offered here is a guaranteed original first printing of the domestic version (with the PG ratings)! Note also that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. This auction is one of 520 auctions in eMoviePoster.com's special "all-Star Wars" auction! Where did this remarkable selection come from? It all started when we were contacted by a VERY long time collector of Star Wars posters, who told us he wanted to sell his entire collector, and we started with his 296 (which included many of the most rare and desirable ones) and we then asked our other 2,500+ consignors if they had any other Star Wars posters (or related items) that we did not already have, and the result is this amazing collection of 520 auctions, and every item will have a new owner once the auctions end, because all truly have no reserve. If one tried to duplicate this collection, it would surely take MANY years to do so! Condition: good to very good. The poster has fine surface paper loss along portions of some foldlines (typical of high-gloss posters of this time period) and the lower vertical foldline has very slightly darkened. There are some patches of slight discoloration in the upper quarter of the poster (one is at upper right and affects only blank paper, one is at upper center and it partially extends into the black background, and one is at upper left behind the art of the Death Star, but it is not very noticeable or distracting - see our super-sized image). There are a few tiny pinholes in the blank corners. Most of the defects are around the edges of the poster or are not very distracting, and it could be displayed, but after a pretty simple linenbacking with some proper restoration the poster will look fantastic!
