An Original Vintage Magazine (measures 11" x 16" [28 x 41 cm]) (Learn More) Trek, the Star Trek fanzine magazine ("The magazine for Star Trek fans"), first published by "New Eye Studio" in 1974 as an 11" x 16" tabloid newspaper, and the next two issues had the same format, but later issues became a more traditional fanzine, and they were published over the next two decades, and were collected into books called "The Best of Trek". Note that the people behind this magazine were G.B. Love and Jim Van Hise, who were the publishers of RBCC, the leading comic book fan publication (and adzine) of the 1970s. We suspect they did not put publication information within the magazines for fear of lawsuits from Paramount! If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned ANY issues of this magazine! Also note that we have provided a picture of the front cover of the magazine, and pictures of interior two-page spreads (including the table of contents page if there is one; but we didn't make much effort to find the best ones!). These images should greatly help you judge the overall condition of the magazine, and the contents page lets you know exactly what articles and stories are contained in this particular issue. Please know that these magazines are sealed in bags and are ready for shipping, and we cannot answer any questions about them or look through them for you, so please bid (or do not bid) based on the images we have provided. Condition: very good. Note that we have attempted to check to see if the magazine is complete and uncut, and we believe that it is.
