Wells) starring Charles Laughton (as Dr. Moreau), Bela Lugosi, Richard Arlen, Leila Hyams (as "Ruth Thomas"), Kathleen Burke (billed as "The Panther Woman"; in her first movie role!), Arthur Hohl, Stanley Fields, Paul Hurst, and a bunch of "manimals" (half man, half animal!) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that first release lobby cards from this classic horror movie have always been extremely scarce. In 1997, we auctioned a complete set of cards individually, but have not had even one more first release card until now, when we have been consigned three of them! They are in three separate auctions. Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. The card has pinholes in the corners (and one in the center of two borders), with some smudges and small stains around the edges. There are small stains in the bottom left of the yellow background area at right, and there is a partial diagonal crease in the lower right of the image. There are some faint smudges scattered in the card. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
