Save the Products of the Land, the 1918 U.S. World War I (WWI) Home Front poster ("Eat more fish - they feed themselves") created by the United States Food Administration to encourage people to eat more fish in order to save beef, pork and chicken for war-related needs. Note that this poster features Charles Livingston Bull art of several fish.

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had a 10" tear in the top border extending into the fish's body, with staple holes around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well!
