Quoth The Raven: 'Nevermore' --Poe"; based on the poem by Edgar Allan Poe; with a screenplay by Richard Matheson) starring Vincent Price, Peter Lorre, Boris Karloff, Hazel Court, Olive Sturgess, Jack Nicholson (in an early role), William Baskin, Aaron Saxon, and Dick Johnstone NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Reynold Brown Important Added Info: This three-sheet was printed in 2 sections. Condition: very good. Our consignor acquired this poster many years ago, and he attached the top section to the bottom section with eight small pieces of clear tape across the front of the area where the two posters join (it runs along the bottom of Karloff's face and across the top of the skull). Each of the pieces of tape have darkened slightly, but they are not very noticeable. Our consignor then took the poster and attached it to his wall with staples, and displayed it for many years. He took the poster off his wall (causing small paper loss where the staples had been) and rolled it, and has stored it that way until now. There are creases along most of the foldlines and some minor border defects. There are some extra creases in the bottom center of the image (in the area between the cauldron and the small skeleton. After a simple linenbacking by a talented professional, the poster will look fantastic, and there will be little paint restoration anywhere in the image! Learn More about condition grades
