Date Sold 11/12/2017Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. A 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Publicity Still (Learn More) Robin Williams was an actor and stand-up comedian from the 1970s to the 2010s. Some of his roles include: TV's "Mork & Mindy", Good Will Hunting (winner of the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), The Fisher King (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), The Dead Poets Society (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), Good Morning Vietnam (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), and The Birdcage. Sadly, Williams committed suicide in 2014 after years of struggling with depression and motor symptoms, and it's since been discovered he had Lewy Body Dementia, which may have contributed to his depression and subsequent death. He was 63 years old. Important Added Info: Note that many celebrities kept multiple 8" x 10" (or smaller) copies of good publicity images of themselves to sign for fans, and also many memorabilia shops sold such copy stills themselves. While they are not original theater-used stills, they are usually excellent clear copies, with a great shot of that celebrity in their heyday, which, when signed by the celebrity, makes for a wonderful framed picture on any fan's wall! Condition: very good to fine. The still is in very nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
