Bradbury (billed as "R.N. Bradbury") cowboy western ("Adapted from the James Oliver Curwood Novel 'The Wolf Hunters'") starring John Wayne, Verna Hillie, Noah Beery Sr., Noah Beery Jr., Robert Frazer, Iris Lancaster, and James A. Marcus. Note that this was one of the five movies where father and son Noah Beery Sr. and Jr. appeared together between 1930 and 1942! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster was folded oddly, with two evenly spaced vertical foldlines instead of one. There were some smudges scattered in the yellow background areas and the top corners were cur off diagonally, but only blank white paper was affected. There were some stains and tiny tears in the borders. The poster was not linenbacked in the modern sense, but it was glued to a very thin piece of linen, which certainly served the function of helping to protect the poster. If I owned this poster, I would have it properly linenbacked, but I could certainly imagine many people simply displaying the poster as it is. Learn More about condition grades
