Fed by an unspeakable horror from hell!") starring Jason Evers (billed as "Herb Evers"), Virginia Leith (as "Jan in the Pan"!), Leslie Daniels (billed as "Leslie Daniel"), Adele Lamont, Bonnie Sharie, and Eddie Carmel (as the monster)

Condition: good to very good. There are creases in the left of the top border and in the middle right of the image. There are tears and creases in the lower left of the card that were repaired with tape from the back. There is slight darkening down the left blank border and a few pairs of staple holes around the edges.
