Hear the songs you can't forget!"; "The king and queen of rhythm on a joyous jamboree!"; "Music and Lyrics by Irving Berlin"; "See them dance the sensational Piccolino"; nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award) starring Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, Edward Everett Horton, Helen Broderick, Erik Rhodes, Eric Blore, Donald Meek, and Lucille Ball (in a bit part as a flower clerk). Note that this was the one of the nine wonderful movies that Astaire and Rogers made between 1933 and 1939 (they made one final movie, "The Barkleys of Broadway", fourteen years later in 1949). One of those examples has now reconsigned it to us, so this is still only one of three examples we have ever auctioned! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had small paper loss at the bottom crossfold and tiny paper loss at the other two crossfolds. It was folded in half an extra time and there was minor wear on the folds and pinholes around the edges, with a few smudges scattered in the background areas. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well! Learn More about condition grades
