Love Moods, the 1952 striptease sexploitation short ("Incomparable * Glamorous"; "Lili St. Cyr featuring her celebrated Bubble Bath filmed in gorgeous color"; "As presented on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood"; "Did she show too much Lili?"; "It's a positive sensation!") starring Lili St. Cyr
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
Important Added Info: Note that we have only auctioned six single lobby cards from this movie (and one of those six had the same image as this one, and two others had the same image as each other, so we have only seen four different images on lobby cards, even though we have now auctioned seven, including this one). The last lobby card we auctioned that had the same image as this one sold for $544!

Note that many exhibitors took low-budget 1930s and 1940s exploitation movies around the country in the 1930s and 1940s, exhibiting them in small towns with lurid ad campaigns, usually to packed houses! Often, the lobby cards from these roadshow releases consisted of a stock lobby card with an inset area that was 6 1/2" x 8 1/2", and the producers would glue eight different 6.5x8.5s on to eight stock lobby cards, thus inexpensively creating an 8 card set. Note that most of these type of movies are from the 1930s and 1940s, but that this movie is from 1952, so we think it is quite likely that this card is from the first release of the movie, and that it ONLY had a roadshow release. If anyone knows more about this movie or this lobby card, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: very good to fine. There are two pieces of clear tape on the back of the card that were not put there for a restoration purpose. The card is very lightly rippled near the center.
