A revealing challenge to every woman who thinks she can deny love!"; nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award; about the haughty heir of a wealthy family, and his comeuppance he receives over the course of his life) starring Joseph Cotten, Dolores Costello, Anne Baxter, Tim Holt, Agnes Moorehead (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), Ray Collins, Erskine Sanford, and Richard Bennett. Note that many film buffs consider this movie to be similar in quality to "Citizen Kane" (made by Welles just prior to this movie), with the notable exception of the ending (the studio took the movie away from Welles, and substituted a ridiculous "happy" ending in place of Welles' somber one, and that new ending was not filmed by Welles; apparently, the original ending no longer exists, and finding it would be one of the greatest possible finds of "lost" film ever!) I have heard that this special size was created for library showings of these movies, but I have no way of verifying that. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good to very good.
