Important Added Info: Note that, unless some wacky mistake was made, some Italian distributor decided to take this non-sex crime thriller and release it in Italy under an outrageous title, and with an image of a sexy naked girl, neither of which in any way related to "The Ultimate Thrill" (and the actors' names were altered slightly)! If this really was for a showing of "The Ultimate Thrill", then surely moviegoers in Italy were outraged when they went into a theater because of this poster and then saw an unrelated movie! If anyone knows more about this , please e-mail us and we will post it here. Note that this poster contains an unclothed woman, so we have placed a white bar over those areas, for those who are bothered by such images.
