An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Style B Half-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 22" x 28") (Learn More)

Jesse James At Bay, the 1941 Joseph Kane outlaw cowboy western ("Original story by Harrison Jacobs") starring Roy Rogers (in the title role as Jesse James!), George 'Gabby' Hayes, Sally Payne, Gale Storm, Pierre Watkin, and Hal Taliaferro. Note that the horse Roy Rogers rode in the movie was his regular companion, Trigger, but because this was not a "Roy Rogers" movie, he could not be billed!

Important Added Info: Note that this poster has never been machine folded! Most half-sheet posters were folded once horizontally and once vertically right off of the printing press. It is very difficult to find an unfolded example of most half-sheets, especially from before 1970!

Condition: good. There was a 2" tear in the lower right border that was repaired with tape from the back, and a 3" tear near the middle of the bottom border that was repaired with tape from the back. There are three small tears in the left border and creases, pinholes, smudges, and a few tiny areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster. There are a very few creases and smudges within the image. The vast majority of this cool poster's defects are in the borders, and I would think most collectors could happily display the poster as it is, or after proper restoration, the poster will look great, and there will be little paint restoration anywhere in the image!
