Opera za trzy grosze (known in English-speaking countries as "The Three Penny Opera"), the 1980 Polish musical stage play production (written by Bertolt Brecht) that was held at the Teatr im. Jana Kochanowskiego in Opole, Poland. Bertolt Brecht was a German theatre practitioner, playwright, and poet from the 1920s to 1956. He was the main proponent of the genre named epic theater. During the Nazi period and World War II he lived in exile, first in Scandinavia and then in the United States. Returning to East Berlin after the war, he established the theatre company Berliner Ensemble with his wife and long-time collaborator, actress Helene Weigel. Some of his works include: The Threepenny Opera, Life of Galileo, and Mother Courage and Her Children

Condition: very good. There are some pinholes around the edges. Some of them are torn or enlarged due to rough removal. It is otherwise in pretty nice condition and it displays well.
