a lot of 2 DVD sets, each containing 4 different Charlie Chan movies (for a total of 8 different movies). Charlie Chan is a fictional Chinese-American detective created by Earl Derr Biggers. Over four dozen films featuring Charlie Chan have been made. At first, the character was portrayed by Asian actors but in 1931, Fox cast Swedish actor Warner Oland as Chan. After Oland's death, American actor Sidney Toler was cast as Chan followed by Roland Winters. Note that the items in this lot are from the 2000s.
