R40s Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More)

The Ivory-Handled Gun, the 1935 Ray Taylor cowboy western starring Buck Jones, Charlotte Wynters, Walter Miller, Carl Stockdale, Frank Rice, Eddie Phillips, and Charles King. Note that Buck Jones' white horse was named Silver (just like The Lone Ranger's later on!), and Silver made 73 movies with Buck Jones from 1922 until Jones' death in 1942 in the tragic Cocoanut Grove fire. But oddly, Silver was almost never billed on the posters for Buck Jones' movies as so many other famous horses (most especially Tom Mix's Tony) were!

Condition: good to very good. 2" tape stain and 1 1/2" tear in the lower center edge of the card
