McAdoo"; "We depend on you") encouraging people to buy government bonds, and featuring art of a Navy sailor and an Army soldier with the U.S. flag!

Condition: very good. There is a 1 1/2" tear next to a smaller tear at upper right that extend slightly into the red background. There is some minor tattering along parts of the blank borders, but given the poster's age it is overall in pretty nice condition.
