An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Herald (measures 5 1/2" x 8" [14 x 20 cm]; 4 pages) (Learn More) Storm, the 1916 Frank Reicher silent religious romantic wedding marriage love triangle melodrama ("Two is company and three a crowd"; "By Beatrice A. DeMille"; about a pretty young woman who asks her former boyfriend, who is now a minister, to marry her to another man!) starring Blanche Sweet, Theodore Roberts, Thomas Meighan, Richard Sterling, and Chandler House. Note that this is one of the movies created during the time when Paramount Pictures was first beginning! At that time, it was solely a loose connection between top studios, who distributed together, and their films were noted as being "released on the Paramount Program". Also note that this movie was written by Beatrice A. DeMille, who was the mother of Cecil B. DeMille! She passed away in 1923, so she did see her son have his early great successes. Note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that ANY movie paper from this movie is incredibly rare. We have never auctioned even a single movie paper item from this movie until we received this herald!
